Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Ella, the AI receptionist service operated by Nineteen58 (Pty) Ltd. By creating a workspace you agree to them.

The service

Ella answers calls, assists callers, transfers calls, books meetings, takes messages, and sends SMS and email on your behalf. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide and for having the right to connect the calendars and numbers you connect.

Fair use

The service may not be used for unlawful, deceptive, or harassing calls or messages. We may suspend workspaces that do.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in South African rand and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the billing period.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months.
